Nights & weekends

Non-members pay an $89 diagnostic fee for us to assess the problem. Checkmate Comfort members pay a reduced $39 diagnostic, and King's Shield members pay nothing at all. If a repair follows, that fee goes toward getting it done. Call (615) 486-4617 and we'll get you on the schedule.

Do evenings and weekends cost extra?

Only when it's an unscheduled emergency. Here's how it works:
  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM — standard service calls, standard rates
  • Booked evening appointments (say 5 or 6 PM, when you're home from work) — still standard rates; scheduling ahead is never an emergency charge
  • Unscheduled calls after 5 PM weekdays and anytime on weekends — emergency dispatch: you reach the on-call technician directly and after-hours rates apply, quoted before we head out
